Job Title: Residential Surveyor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced RICS registered surveyor to join our team at Countrywide HQ. As a leading provider of residential surveys and valuations, we offer a long and successful career as a residential valuation surveyor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Undertake lender and private valuation work and L2 surveys
- Develop detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology
- Demonstrate strong risk awareness of a regulatory environment
