At Connells, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Manager to join our dynamic residential lettings team in Chippenham. This exciting opportunity will see you covering two branches, Chippenham & Trowbridge, with the option to work from either location. You'll be working alongside successful sales teams in high street locations, providing a new challenge for an experienced lettings professional.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Lettings Manager, you'll be responsible for running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants. You'll lead by example, delegating tasks to exceed performance and targets set. You'll also motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their careers.

Requirements

  • Lettings Manager, Branch Manager, or Assistant Manager experience
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Proven experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence
