Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cathode Technology Scientist at Integrals Power. As a Cathode Technology Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting day-to-day tasks related to battery cathode material development.

You will be working closely with our research and development team to:

  • Synthesize LFP/LFMP cathode materials using different approaches.
  • Provide engineering expertise to identify, develop, and implement production technologies for the scale-up and production of cathode active materials.
  • Manage and optimize the existing nano-material pilot line as well as the pCAM line.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a material science or engineering discipline.
  • Industrial experience in synthesis and development of cathode materials, including LFP, LFMP, and pCAM.
  • Technical expertise in materials synthesis and processes, including calcination, washing, drying, filtering, and milling.
