About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dayshift Hygiene Manager to join our team at Kettleby Foods, a leading manufacturer of high-quality chilled Ready Meals. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation across our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of hygiene professionals to achieve exceptional standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Develop and implement effective hygiene and sanitation procedures to minimize the risk of contamination and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless integration of hygiene and sanitation practices into daily operations.
  • Champion health and safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety awareness throughout the organization.
