The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join their banqueting kitchen team. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality dishes to our guests, ensuring exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Ensuring that all food is presented to the highest standard, meeting the expectations of our guests.
  • Working closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Supporting the kitchen management team in the planning and preparation of menus and specials.
  • Ensuring that all health and safety procedures are followed, and that all equipment is properly maintained.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie who is passionate about delivering high-quality food and exceptional service. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fine dining kitchen and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

You will be a key member of our team, working closely with our chefs and kitchen management to deliver exceptional food and service to our guests.
