Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our finance team in Belfast. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, ensuring timely and efficient completion of financial tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, and previous experience in an accounts administration or accounting role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and updating financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconciling bank statements and preparing cash flow reports
  • Assisting with payroll processing and other finance-related administrative tasks
  • Supporting the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients to resolve billing and payment queries
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's experience in accounts administration or accounting (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
