Trainee Medical Device Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Medical Device Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to customers on various medical devices.

Responsibilities
  • Work alongside experienced specialists and customers to develop technical knowledge and skills.
  • Manage day-to-day activities related to medical devices, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Provide expert support to clients in clinical environments to enhance equipment functionality and usage.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on device use and services.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably within the NHS or private hospitals.
  • Familiarity with medical procedures and devices, such as endoscopes in sterile services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
