Building Surveyor - Damp & Mould

We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor with expertise in Damp and Mould defects and diagnosis to join our team at a Local Council in South East London.

This is a long-term ongoing contract with flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work from home and complete admin and reports remotely.

The successful candidate will have a true understanding of Damp and Mould, with the ability to diagnose housing repairs as necessary, including Damp and Mould and other building defects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair Damp and Mould defects in residential properties
  • Work with minimum supervision to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Building Surveyor with expertise in Damp and Mould defects
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
