About the Role

This is a key position within our Support Function, playing a critical role in driving the company's growth and financial excellence. The successful candidate will lead transformation programmes, drive efficiency improvements, and ensure smooth transitions to new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the migration from Sage 200, including process definition, data migration, and report building.
  • Monitor project progress and manage post-implementation tasks such as journal template creation and VAT report testing.
  • Drive initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Identify automation opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA accountant with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an operational finance role.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record in process and system improvement.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive package that reflects the importance of this role in driving the company's growth and financial excellence.
