The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Innovation team as a Business Innovation Associate. This role will be responsible for identifying, incubating, and accelerating new growth opportunities that will drive the company's next horizon of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to source possible opportunities for growth and conduct independent research and analysis to assess their feasibility.
  • Size the addressable market potential of identified opportunities and deliver a comprehensive feasibility assessment through the lenses of go-to-market, product, technology, operations, and compliance.
  • Prioritize identified opportunities based on expected impact and time-to-market.
  • Map out in detail each opportunity's proposition and specify requirements for an MVP as well as for the future-state solution.
  • Collaborate with existing teams to rapidly incubate the MVPs, capture learnings, and refine the proposition and requirements.
  • Monitor the progress of MVPs and set success metrics to determine whether to scale further or wind down.
  • Work with the Business Operations team and other divisions to implement successful initiatives and scale them.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of hands-on work as an Analyst, Associate, or Consultant in management consulting, ideally with MBB experience, working on a wide range of projects across industries and domains.
  • Experience in performing market sizing analyses, conducting expert calls, and mapping out propositions for new products, use cases, and/or lines of business.
  • Self-starter with a desire to take end-to-end ownership of an idea from sizing to incubation to roll-out.
  • Strong people skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at every level of the organization.
  • Ability to bring structure to new problems while maintaining the flexibility to refine and adapt the direction over time.
  • Ability to define a plan and adhere to specified timeframes, managing expectations throughout.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
