About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and vetting quality candidates, matching them with suitable roles, and providing ongoing support to schools and educators throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities
  • Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality administrative support to teachers and teaching assistants
  • Proactively communicate with branches and candidates regarding vetting and registration
  • Create and publish job adverts and interviewing alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants
  • Be a data input and data management wizard
