About the Role

We are seeking a Production and Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Aspire Defence Services Limited. As a key member of our film unit, you will be responsible for capturing and editing film footage to create high-quality products that support the British Army's training requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and edit film footage using industry-standard equipment and software
  • Develop and deliver innovative training projects with the specialist team
  • Manage projects to ensure timely and effective delivery of training support material
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Foundation degree or equivalent in Video or Film-based qualification
  • Experience in creating video or film products demonstrating technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems
