About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our Specialist Care Team as a Team Lead. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for the ongoing field supervision of complex care support workers and ensuring that customer requirements are met while maintaining compliance with care standards.

You will work closely with our customers and staff team to ensure effective delivery of safe, quality care. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of care professionals.

The successful candidate will have a passion for person-centred care and be committed to delivering high-quality care services. You will also have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

In addition, you will be responsible for carrying out office-based duties, assisting with assessments, set-ups, and reviews of customer needs, and certifying effective delivery of care services.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional to join our dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within health and social care
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies governing health and social care
