Homecare Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Homecare Specialist to join our team in The Witterings area. As a Senior Care Assistant with Vitale Care, you will be part of a culture that values and rewards its care professionals.

The ideal candidate will have full UK driving license and Class 1 Business Use Insurance, allowing them to travel between clients' homes efficiently. With access to a car, they will be able to provide high-quality care and support to those in need.

Our company offers a competitive salary of £14.05 per hour weekdays, £15.10 per hour weekends, and enhanced bank holiday rates. We also provide up to 35 guaranteed hours contract, making it easier for our care professionals to plan their work-life balance.

As a Specialist Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to private clients, including helping them with personal care, medication, and household tasks. You will also promote independence and engage clients in hobbies, community activities, and visiting friends and family.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be highly organized, reliable, and possess a positive, can-do attitude. A great communicator and team player is essential, as well as being passionate about delivering the highest standard of care.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (approximate), based on 35 hours per week
