Job Title: Barista Maestro

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at One Retail, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating beautifully crafted drinks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food to our customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with brewing methods, beverage blends, and food preparation techniques
  • Ensure the smooth operation of brewing equipment and report any maintenance needs
  • Represent One Retail and maintain a positive brand image
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
  • Exceptional timekeeping and reliability
