About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our customers find the perfect vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the showroom and cars for the day ahead, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers.
  • Assist with showroom presentation and advertising, showcasing our products in the best possible light.
  • Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer service, from initial enquiry to delivery.
  • Organise and accompany customers on test drives, providing expert knowledge and guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with our vehicles and manufacturers, ensuring you can provide accurate and informed advice to our customers.
  • Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Essential Skills
  • A confident communicator with a positive attitude, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A willingness to go the extra mile, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience.
  • A full UK driving licence, enabling you to accompany customers on test drives.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • A desire to progress within the role, with opportunities for training and development to help you achieve your career goals.
