About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at Methods, a leading IT services consultancy. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading complex IT projects and programmes, driving business outcomes, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define programme scope and structure to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and delivery partners
  • Promote innovation and value delivery for our clients
  • Motivate cross-functional teams to deliver contractual outcomes on time, on quality, and within budget
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience managing successful technologically driven projects using agile methodology, delivering enterprise IT programmes
  • 5+ years of experience as a senior scrum master, leading squads and multiple workstreams on infrastructure programmes
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing consultancy
  • Comfortable with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS) and Waterfall
  • Experience in programme governance, risk, and reporting at executive level, owning budgets of up to £5M
  • Demonstrable ability to influence stakeholders and manage relationships to maximise value for clients and Methods
  • Experience in taking responsibility for contract and commercial terms on projects (involved in Statement of Works)
  • Decision-making under pressure to balance priorities for client and Methods
