UAT Manager - Salesforce Programme

Morgan Law is seeking a highly skilled UAT Manager to join their Salesforce Programme and lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the new CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive UAT methodology to ensure the testing process meets business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define UAT test plans, scope, and scenarios, including identifying users participating in UAT, test cases, expected outcomes, and anything not in scope.
  • Oversee the setup and configuration of the testing environment to mirror the production environment, ensuring a smooth transition from testing to live deployment.
  • Conduct UAT testing with end-users, using an agreed mechanism for logging completion and tracking progress.
  • Define and manage a defect management process within quality gate thresholds.
  • Ensure the quality of testing delivered by delivery partners, applying the correct rigour.
  • Support delivery team colleagues in developing testing methodologies, robust test plans, and processes for collecting test evidence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing UAT, specifically with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in using and managing automated testing tools, specifically Prover.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to end-users.
