Requirements

Individual

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and administration skills.
  • Proactive and motivated, with proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Experience

  • Purchase Orders and Freight Forwarding (Ocean, Air, and Road freight).
  • Controlled Import & Export (Air and Sea) documentation, including Customs Declarations.
  • Inbound & Outbound Logistics, with awareness and experience with different shipping terms (e.g., FCA, FAS, FOB, CIF, etc.).
  • Warehouse Management Systems.
