We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic STEM students to join our Technology Scouting Team at Malvern Panalytical as a Year in Industry student. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to gain valuable work experience, develop your skills, and make a meaningful contribution to our research and development teams.

About the Role:

  • This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in scientific programming, experimental planning, and laboratory operations.
  • You will be part of a dynamic team that delivers science solutions for new and existing instrumentation products.
  • As a scientist on our Technology Scouting Team, you will contribute to the delivery of innovative projects and develop cutting-edge technologies.
  • With a focus on collaboration and communication, you will work closely with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN A STEM DEGREE (Physics, Natural Science, Engineering or similar) THAT OFFERS AN INDUSTRIAL PLACEMENT YEAR
  • Right to work and live in the UK for the duration of the placement.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience of scientific programming like Python would be an advantage.
