Workshop Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Controller to join our team at Stratstone in Essex, GB. As a key member of our dealership's operations, you will be responsible for allocating work to technicians, ensuring high productivity and quality standards are met.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous experience or those looking to take their first step into workshop management. Our successful and growing dealership is supported by a strong management team, offering the perfect environment for professional growth.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and working collaboratively with our technicians and Aftersales Manager. If you are motivated, organized, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate work to technicians to ensure efficient use of resources and meet productivity targets
- Liaise with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of repair progress and any potential delays
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and identify areas for improvement
- Competitive salary range: £35,000 - £40,000 + bonus
