An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Process Technician to join our team at a leading injection moulding manufacturer.

Job Description: In this key role, you will be responsible for maximizing the output of quality products from the moulding area. This involves maintaining the moulding areas at required efficiencies and achieving set targets. You will also be responsible for setting and running moulding machines, job changes, quality checks, and tool changes when required.

Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining efficiency and achieving targets.
  • Setting and running moulding machines.
  • Job changes including colour, material, and label changes.
  • Quality checks and tool changes when required.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need experience as an Injection Moulding Setter/Process Technician with strong injection moulding processing and machinery knowledge. You will also require experience carrying out full tool changes and setting up production machines, as well as the ability to fault find and diagnose moulding process issues.
