About the Opportunity:

Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking an experienced Primary School Speech and Language Interventionist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children who require additional support with their communication and language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with speech and language difficulties to develop their communication and social skills.
  • Collaborate with primary teachers to design and deliver targeted interventions that meet the needs of individual children.
  • Contribute to creating a supportive classroom environment that encourages children to participate and engage in learning activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure consistent support for children's communication development.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 2:1 degree from a Russell Group University.
  • Relevant experience supporting children with speech and language challenges.
  • A strong understanding of speech and language development and the ability to apply this knowledge in a primary school setting.

Salary Estimate:

Based on national averages, the estimated salary for this role is £32,000-£36,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
