Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Jimmy Fairly. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays and window displays.
  • Work closely with the optical team to provide expert advice on eyewear and contact lenses.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the optical industry and eyewear trends.
