About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a highly regarded primary school in Finchley, London. This role is ideal for someone with experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or a strong interest in helping students excel academically and socially.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support children in Key Stage 2, assisting with tailored interventions to enhance learning outcomes. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that all students, particularly those who may require additional support, can thrive in their education.

The successful candidate will have prior experience working with Key Stage 2 pupils, preferably with experience in boosters, interventions, and working with SEN students. You will possess a proactive and nurturing approach to supporting children's learning, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team of educators.

A flexible attitude and a genuine passion for education are essential for this role. If you are motivated by helping children achieve their full potential, this opportunity is perfect for you.

* Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
* Support children with SEN in their academic and personal development.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and provide additional support to class teachers.
* Track student progress and report on outcomes to help shape future interventions.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive daily rate of pay (£85-£100), flexible part-time working hours, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children's lives. You'll join a supportive team environment that values collaboration and professional growth, with access to excellent resources and materials to help you succeed.

The school's easily accessible location, with great transport links, further enhances convenience. Additionally, the welcoming and diverse school community fosters personal growth and encourages a positive learning environment for both staff and students.
