Automotive Functional Safety Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Functional Safety Engineer to join our team at Expleo Group UK Jobs. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing functional safety engineering solutions for various clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement functional safety strategies for automotive systems, focusing on Part 6 – Product Development at the Software Level.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with ISO 26262 standards.
  • Support the development of best practices for functional safety activities.
  • Train and coach engineers on functional safety deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in applying ISO 26262 on automotive systems.
  • Strong understanding of automotive electrical architectures, including AUTOSAR standard and software integration paradigms.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
