  • Provide excellent customer service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations: Ensure that all customs procedures and regulations are followed, and that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with government agencies and customs authorities: Communicate with government agencies and customs authorities to resolve any issues or concerns related to customs procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within a similar role: Previous experience in a customs or trade compliance role is essential.
  • Previous experience of using Microsoft packages: Proficiency in Microsoft packages, such as Excel and Word, is required.
