The RoleThis exciting new opportunity is open to experienced Commercial Lawyers who wish to take their skills to the next level. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee all legal matters in-house, ensuring compliance across business operations while providing strategic advice to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage commercial contracts, data privacy, company secretarial duties, employment law, and regulatory compliance. You will also work closely with HR colleagues to provide guidance on employment-related matters. Your expertise will help the company navigate complex legal landscapes and drive business success.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need at least five years of post-qualification experience in the UK, preferably within private practice or an in-house counsel role. Strong technical knowledge of procurement contracts, company secretarial practices, GDPR regulations, and employment law is essential. You will be accustomed to working flexibly, responding to changing priorities, and assessing time spent effectively.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, free on-site parking, hybrid working arrangements, and much more.
