About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Manager to join our team at Stockton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of the casino, delivering an excellent customer experience, and upholding the principles of safer gambling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the casino management team to maximise performance in all areas of the casino.
  • Develop and implement a business plan that delivers success for stakeholders, including customers, employees, shareholders, the local community, and the regulator.
  • Champion and role model our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor a strong team of multi-skilled employees to deliver the Grosvenor brand experience across gaming, leisure, and food and beverage.
  • Proactively drive sales, control margin, and costs to drive casino profitability.
  • Ensure the casino complies with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements, and champion safer gambling.
Requirements
  • Previous casino gaming experience.
  • Current PML license holder or aspiring Casino Manager on their PML journey, with experience in hosting and customer service.
  • Experience of leading a team within a service-driven environment.
  • Fanatical about delivering unrivalled customer experience.
  • Excellent communicator, able to collaborate with the wider business.
