Job Description:

We require a highly skilled Qualified Electrician to fill the position of Approved Electrician. The successful candidate will need to possess excellent technical skills, outstanding communication abilities, and strong organisational skills.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum level 3 NVQ and 18th Edition certification, with time-served experience as an Electrician and expertise in testing and inspection.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily tasks allocated by the central team.
  • Keep PDA devices up-to-date with relevant information and work schedules.
  • Evaluate tasks for safety and efficiency.
  • Represent the client's corporate image and maintain an exceptional service standard during site visits.
  • Make informed decisions based on expert knowledge and experience.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Effectively manage van inventory.
  • Participate in out-of-hours call-out system when necessary.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Domestic maintenance experience.
  • Testing and inspection expertise.
  • Level 3 NVQ and 18th Edition certification.
  • Outstanding communication, phone, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning and organisational abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary package of £37,500-£41,000 per annum, plus a company vehicle and fuel card. The working hours are from Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm, and Friday 08:00am to 14:30pm.
