Service Delivery:
- Ensure high standards of service quality in line with customer requirements and internal metrics, achieving targeted SLAs and KPIs.
- Control costs to meet profitability targets and provide actionable management insights through performance dashboards.
We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 + additional targeted bonus.
