About the Role:

eXPD8 is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Helston area. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the visual appeal of our clients' products in-store, working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Merchandising: You will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and presentations of our clients' products in-store, ensuring that they are well-organized and easy to navigate.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: You will work with our clients to ensure that products are placed in the most effective locations in-store, and that stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You will be responsible for setting up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers to customers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You will build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers, to ensure that our clients' needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You will have experience in a retail or merchandising role, with a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and practices.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: You will be able to work independently, using your own initiative to find solutions to problems and meet deadlines.
  • Manual Handling: You will be comfortable with manual handling, as you will be required to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
  • Technology: You will be confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
  • Transportation: You will have a full UK driving license and access to a car, as you will be required to travel to different locations as part of your role.
