Asset Maintenance Coordinator

About Us:
Anglian Home Improvements is a multi-branded home improvement company with manufacturing facilities based in Norwich. We require an experienced Asset Maintenance Coordinator to join our team, playing a crucial role in maintaining production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and Schedule Maintenance:
Create and maintain detailed schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure all assets operate smoothly and efficiently.

Work Order Management:
Generate, track, and close work orders, coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Inventory Management:
Maintain an accurate inventory system and work closely with suppliers to ensure spare parts and supplies are available when needed.

Reporting and Data Analysis:
Analyse maintenance trends and provide reports to management, offering insights to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance coordination, asset management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or similar software.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with maintenance staff and other departments.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and condition-based monitoring is an advantage.
