Class 2 HGV Driver Position

Driver Hire (Torbay) is seeking dependable Class 2 HGV drivers to provide support for clients across the region. This role involves delivering goods and requires physical fitness, as some manual handling is part of the job.
Key Highlights:
- Pay Rate: £15.68-£21.13 per hour (PAYE ADV); alternative PAYE options available.
- Shift Start Times: From 05:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Minimum Pay: 8 hours per shift guaranteed.
- Payment Frequency: Weekly payments, ensuring steady cash flow.
Responsibilities:
- Safely delivering goods to multiple destinations.
- Providing excellent customer service at each delivery point.
- Complying with company procedures while maintaining operational standards.
Requirements:
- A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) license.
- Digital Tachograph Card and Driver Qualification Card (CPC).
- Safety footwear is essential.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting as required.
