Cubis Systems is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Automation Engineer to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and implementing automation solutions to enhance our manufacturing operations.

About the Role
  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs
  • Conceptualize, develop, and install automation solutions, including robotic systems and process improvements
  • Manage and maintain ERP manufacturing master data, processes, and system maintenance
  • Lead business improvement projects and installations, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Support all engineering-related activities as required by the Engineering Director
Requirements
  • Automation design and installation experience, with a strong understanding of robotic systems and process improvements
  • Lean manufacturing concepts and implementation experience
  • Project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High-level IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Pro, and digital communications tools
  • SQL database queries and experience with CAD/CAM software and industrial automation tools
