Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical consulting services to clients and contribute to the design and delivery of technical solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet those needs. You will also collaborate with the wider team to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least proven experience in Servicenow design and development, preferably in a consulting environment. Responsibilities:
* Provide technical consulting services to clients and contribute to the design and delivery of technical solutions* Develop and demonstrate specialized knowledge and skills in Servicenow as an enterprise solution* Customizing package-based solutions, data design and conversion, technically-focused testing, and configuring technical infrastructure components* Mentoring and training more junior members of the team* Developing and implementing solutions on the Servicenow platform* Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and delivering solutions that meet those needs* Collaborating with the wider team to ensure successful project delivery* Providing guidance and support to less experienced colleagues* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Servicenow best practices and technologies* Adapting quickly to changing business needs and priorities* Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments* Participating in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge* Supporting the growth and success of the team through coaching and mentoring* Assisting in the development of new business opportunities and client relationships* Collaborating with other teams to achieve business objectives* Developing and maintaining documentation to support project deliverables* Managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously* Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to management* Performing other duties as assigned by management*

Requirements:
* Proven experience in Servicenow design and development, preferably in a consulting environment* Strong technical skills and knowledge of Servicenow best practices* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities* Ability to work effectively in a team environment* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities* Willingness to learn and take on new challenges* Certification in Servicenow Administration, Implementation, or Development would be an advantage* Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL Foundation or Agile would be beneficial* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role*
