Job Summary


We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Dispensing Expert at Rowlands Pharmacy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality pharmacy services to our patients.

About the Role
You will be responsible for participating in all branch processes, building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals, and assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services. You will also serve as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis. As an ideal candidate, you should be self-motivated, proactive, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You will also be required to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £11.83 per hour. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, you will receive ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and the chance to expand your skillset while advancing your career. To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification.
