We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Topps Tiles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and contributing to the overall success of our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Use your product knowledge and expertise to sell and promote our tile and associated product ranges to customers.
  • Represent the Topps Tiles brand, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and tidy showroom environment.
  • Process cash transactions, refunds, and till processes accurately and in accordance with branch procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with interior design trends and the role that tiles play in renovation schemes.
  • Offer specific advice to customers on products and their use, providing a personalized and engaging experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Interest in interior design trends and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
