Motor Claims Category Management Opportunity

About the Role

The Motor Claims Category Management role at Aviva is a key position that involves strategic and commercial leadership to maximize value through the management of Aviva's motor claims supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement sourcing and supply chain strategies to drive value for money and mitigate risk.
  • Lead the development of contractual arrangements that meet Aviva's business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and operational teams to deliver commercial and stakeholder management objectives.
  • Utilize knowledge of the motor insurance claims category and emerging technologies to identify and deliver new initiatives.

Requirements

  • Procurement background and experience in motor claims or financial services is essential.
  • Commercial and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of building strong internal business and supplier relationships.
  • Change management expertise and leadership skills to optimize strategy and deliver commercial objectives.
  • Contracting experience, with the ability to manage sourcing processes and develop and negotiate agreements.

What We Offer

  • Starting salary circa £75,000, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Bonus opportunity of up to 12% of annual salary, depending on performance.
