About this Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Defence Project Planning Expert to join our team in the South East.

This role involves working on a hybrid basis, with time spent in our office and on client sites.

As part of our project controls teams, you will play a key role in providing performance reporting and analysis support to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and maintaining project schedules that meet project requirements.
  2. Collaborating with project managers and teams to create project schedules.
  3. Working with project teams to define scope, develop detailed schedules, and manage cost information.
  4. Evaluating project schedule progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Supporting project managers in implementing change management processes.
  6. Maintaining adherence to contract procedures for managing schedule data.

Requirements:

  • A graduate qualification in a relevant field with some experience in project controls.
  • Experience working in project or programme management environments.
  • Proficiency in using software applications such as Primavera (P6), Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of Project Controls concepts.

Estimated Salary: £55,000-£65,000 pa, based on experience.
