About the Role
We are seeking an experienced field-based domestic appliance engineer to join our team at Pacifica. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with domestic appliances in customers' homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair domestic appliances in customers' homes
- Work collaboratively with our teams to deliver a first-class service to our customers
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Use your expertise and product knowledge to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the white goods repair sector in a field-based capacity
- Up-to-date working knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers
- Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £26,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on skill set and experience
- Uncapped bonus scheme available to increase your earnings
- OTE of up to £50,000 per annum
