Carrington West is seeking an experienced Senior Agent to lead a team of engineers on a major airport project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, overseeing tunnel works, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of engineers on a high-profile airport project.
- Oversee tunnel works, ensuring all project activities are carried out to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site, particularly in relation to airside operations.
- Liaise with airport authorities and project stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of works.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met within budget.
- Prepare reports on project progress and provide updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other external parties to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Proven experience as a Senior Agent in large-scale civil engineering projects, with airport or highways experience being a significant advantage.
- Blue Airside Pass required.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly in airport environments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team effectively and work in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience in tunnel works/Airport works is highly desirable.
