Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our close-knit team of engineers on interesting and bespoke machinery. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work collaboratively to ensure the production process is maintained efficiently.

In this role, you will interpret electrical drawings and fault-find PLC input and outputs to understand the root-cause of issues. Your ability to work preventatively as well as reactively will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

The shift pattern for this role involves working a three-week rotating schedule, which includes varying day and night shifts.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a strong background in electrical maintenance, with experience in interpreting electrical drawings and fault-finding PLC input and outputs. A military background or equivalent experience would be highly advantageous.

You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
