Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to clients, ensuring that each transaction progresses smoothly, and working closely with administrative teams to streamline the process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Provide high-quality service to clients and ensure that each transaction progresses smoothly.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with administrative teams to streamline the process.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload is essential.
  • Relevant qualifications in law or conveyancing are preferred, though experienced, non-qualified candidates will be considered.
  • Excellent communication and client relation skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
