Personal Injury Lawyer

We are a leading law firm dedicated to improving the quality of life of our clients through expert legal advice. As a Medical Negligence Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in our clinical and medical negligence team, handling complex claims arising from NHS and private treatment.
Your Key Tasks- Providing quality legal advice to clients under supervision and training.
- Managing a high-quality caseload from the outset.
- Obtaining interim payments wherever possible to fund rehabilitation, care packages, and suitable accommodation.
You will be working closely with Partner Guy Forster, who has extensive experience in clinical negligence claims and has recovered substantial amounts of compensation for his clients.
