We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality paint finishes on vehicles.
{"h3": "Key Responsibilities"}- Run the spray booth to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Check that vehicles are masked and prepared to the required standard.
- Mix and match colours to achieve the desired finish.
- Inspect painted jobs to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Carry out repairs to BSI PAS 10125 standards.
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Paint Spraying (preferred).
- Full and valid driving licence.
- Relevant manufacturer experience.
- Smart appearance.
- Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT.
- Understanding of basic vehicle design, function, and location of parts.
- Relevant product knowledge.
- Supports others to continuously improve performance.
- Seeks feedback on own performance, takes responsibility for own development.
- Understands the drivers of business performance and uses them to optimize commercial opportunities.
- Plans and manages processes, resources, workflows efficiently.
- Demonstrates openness to change and improvement.
