As a key member of The Sterling Choice team, you will be responsible for leading the procurement revolution in our Melton Mowbray site. You will own procurement processes, rock supplier relationships, and redefine excellence.

You will be the architect of change, reshaping the procurement processes and elevating supplier relationships to new heights. Your mission is to orchestrate end-to-end procurement, drive continuous improvement, manage the purchasing team, and build collaborative bridges across the business landscape. From resolving supplier concerns to crafting insightful metrics, your impact will be felt throughout the procurement ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a purchasing team of 4
  • Create and report on purchasing metrics
  • Sound knowledge of supply chain processes
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel especially) and Google apps
