We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Broadcast Recruit Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse operations processes to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead project delivery teams to manage logistics, deliveries, and collections in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Supervise the daily schedule of drives, collections, dispatches, and pick-ups, ensuring kits are ready on time.
  • Audit and improve workflows to ensure efficient processes from order to invoicing stage.
  • Ensure maintenance and testing schedules are carried out.

Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse management and office operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Valid forklift license preferable.
  • Full clean valid driving license.
  • Experience in a broadcast/warehouse environment essential.

Key Performance Indicators

  • All production equipment is prepped alongside our engineers, dispatched promptly and accurately, and all equipment is of a high standard.
  • The warehouse is organized, efficient, and tidy.
  • Kit check-in is swift, and any issues with breakages/losses are flagged appropriately.
  • Ensuring health and safety policies are being adhered to in the warehouse.
