Main Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation: Prepare, negotiate, and analyse costs for tenders and contracts, ensuring accurate and comprehensive estimates.
  • Procurement: Procure subcontractors and manage variations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in project valuation and financial reporting, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Support project management activities, including budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the success of projects and minimizing potential losses.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to ensure project success, building strong relationships and communicating effectively.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or finance.
  • Experience: Proven experience in cost estimation, procurement, and project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
