As a Financial Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, driving business growth, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans that align with our overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their goals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, implementing initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • You will have at least 5 years' experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within a similar sector.
  • You possess extensive experience in budget management and forecasting, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality financial accounts.
  • You are a qualified accountant (ACCA or equivalent) or have relevant experience demonstrating good understanding of financial management principles.
  • You have experience of managing complex finance data and leading successful teams, preferably across multiple sites.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
